Edward Simon is a former United States International Style Standard Champion, World Showdance and U.S. theatrical finalist. Simon received a North American Dance Award for the “Favorite Couple of the Year”.
Simon is a co-owner of Dance Studio in New York and also has organized dancesport events like:

Empire Dance Championship
Edward Simon has won many top-teacher awards and is one of the co-directors of the New York-based studio “Dance New York”. His students have won many titles including the U.S. Theatrical Championship and U.S. Grand Overall Championship. He holds more than 30 professional titles and was several times an American Smooth finalist. Also he is a member of National Dance Council of America.

Edward also returns to his hometown of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, several times a year to coach and offer workshops at Dance New York’s Iowa studio, as well he is organizer of “Iowa Dancesport Classic”.
